At Madame World, our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange a product, you will find all the information you need below.
1. Return Time Limit
You have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with consumer protection legislation.
2. Return Policy
For the return to be accepted:
- The product must not have been washed or worn (beyond normal testing).
- It must be in its original condition, with all labels and packaging intact.
- It must be accompanied by the purchase receipt.
3. Non-Returnable Products
The following products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:
- Underwear
- Tights
- Swimsuit (if the protective tape has been removed)
- Earrings
4. Return Procedure
- Please contact us at [email protected] stating the order number and the reason for return.
- You will receive a confirmation email with the relevant instructions.
- You send the product back using a shipping company of your choice (at your own expense, unless the product is defective).
5. Refund or Exchange
Once we have received and inspected the product:
- We will refund you (using the same payment method)
or - We will send you a new product if you have requested a change in size or type
(Depending on product availability at the time of the change)
Refunds are made within 7 business days of receiving the product.
6. Defective or incorrect products
If you received a defective product or a product different from the one you ordered, Madame World will cover the return and reshipment costs. Please contact us immediately so that we can prioritize your request.
